Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on General.

Tap on Home button option by scrolling down in Accessibility.
The Home button click speed is set to Default, you can change to slow or slowest as per your preference.
You will get an alert vibration which will show you the speed of Home button which you have assigned. Exit the Settings App and go back to Home screen of iPhone, iPad.
