Apple has released iOS 5 beta 4 for developers.The third beta of iOS 5 was released almost two weeks back.
iOS 5 beta 4 is of build number 9A5274d and can be downloaded by registered developers.It comes with few bugs fixes with some new features.
iH8sn0w earlier tweeted that iOS 5 BETA 3 expires on 18th August,2011.
To be able to able the latest beta of iOS 5 you need to be a registered iOS developer for which you will have to pay a subscription of $99 yearly.
We know that Apple previewed iOS 5 to developers at WWDC in June this year.iOS 5 comes with features like Notification Center and iMessage.
iOS 5 beta 4 comes with over-the-air updating feature (OTA) along with Wi-Fi syncing to Windows users.
To install iOS 5 beta 4 OTA you will have to choose General > Software Update in Settings.

To install iOS 5 beta 4 you require iTunes 10.5 Beta 4.
iTunes 10.5 beta 4 is available for download for both Windows and Mac users for registered developers only.
Users will have to upgrade their idevice to the latest version of iOS 5 beta as iTunes 10.5 beta 4 will not work on older versions according to the release note of Apple.
The version of iTunes that comes with beta 4 cannot sync devices that have the beta 2 software installed. To avoid this problem, do the following:
Sync any devices that have beta 3 installed to the version of iTunes that came with beta 4.
Upgrade iTunes to the version that comes with beta 4.
Connect the device and install the beta 4 software. (Understand that you might see a failure to sync error when you first connect the device.)
After installing the beta 4 software, restore from your the backup you made in step 1.
