    Bomgar is really expensive. I choose Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com/) over Bomgar a couple of years ago. With Teamviewer you don’t have to pay monthly fees. We are now testing another product called ScreenConnect (http://www.screenconnect.com/). It is pretty good too. Like TV, there are no monthly or yearly fees. Once you buy the Bomgar box you pretty much throw 1K down the drain.
