Apple has released a second iOS 4.2 for iPad after fixing a critical WiFi bug and is available for download.WiFi issue was faced by many developers hence the second release was predicted.

Only Apple developers can now download iOS 4.2 GM Build 8C134b for iPad.

However,you can see that Apple has not changed the release date as it still shows 1st November.

The original GM build was 8C134 and this build is GM 8C134b.It is being predicted that everything goes fine we can expect final version of iOS 4.2 soon.
