Evi For iPhone is available for a download which is a new personal Voice Assistant for your iOS device and Android.
Siri was released for iPhone 4S last year which made iPhone 4S a rage.iPhone 4/3GS users were devoid of such feature and had to opt alternatives for Siri.

Evi for iPhone which is being released by True Knowledge is quite similar to Siri which provides more information than a search engine by understanding exactly what you want.It understands both Voice or text input however, for local information it is currently restricted to UK and USA.You can get local information related to Shopping, news, restaurants and more, has feature of One tap words which provides suggestions of word to make your questions fast and you can view websites within the app and hence eliminates the need to swap browser.The developer says that the regular use of Evi will for sure improve its performance.

Drawback of the app is that it lacks certain functions of Siri, Siri is a personal assistant and can schedule reminders or calendar entries for you. However, non-iPhone 4S users can enjoy this lesser Siri Alternative for $0.99!
