The latest iOS 9.3 comes with a new Night Shift feature which helps you to sleep better. However, some users are complaining that they are unable to find the automatic Sunset to Sunrise option on their iPhone, iPad.

Before you go ahead, Night Shift feature is only available for the following device:

Sixth-generation iPod touch, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4 and iPad Pro.

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad

Tap Privacy and and then on the Location Services.

Enable the “Setting Time Zone” if disabled.

Go back to Night Shift settings and the Sunrise/Sunset options will be available.

Low Power Mode on iPhone, iPad disables Night Shift Mode on iPhone, iPad. However, you can still use Night Shift Mode along with Low Power Mode by asking Siri to turn on “Night Shift”.

 

2.  No iOS 9.3 Update Available 

iOS 9.3 update is available for free for all compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, but many users are unable to find iOS 9.3 update on their device.

Click on the iPhone icon.

Do Hard Reset

Hold down the Power button and the Home button simultaneously until the iPhone shuts down and restarts again.
