Samsung Galaxy S III is going to be launched May 3 in London, UK.Samsung has already released Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2012 App so that you can track various news regarding Galaxy S III.

There are reports that Sammobile has got hold of specifications and sketch of a device from trusted sources at Samsung which has been taken from Service Manual for GT-I9300, which is probably Galaxy S III.

According to the manual, Samsung Galaxy S III will have a home button, Super Amoled screen of size 4.8?, a processor clocked at 1.5 GHz which is surprising as Samsung has announced 1.4 GHz Exynos 4 Quad processor. Specification shows a camera 8 MP and not 12 MP.

There is however, no any confirmation as to whether GT-I9300 is Samsung Galaxy S III or not.
