The call mute problem I am having on my ios6 and iphone 4s I believe is caused by holding the phone to my right ear to talk to someone and accidently my cheek/face touches the mute button on the touchscreen. when the other caller says he can not hear me, I just have to look at the phone and press the unmute button. this happen to me 5-6 times already.
