Apple has released iTunes 10.7 which has support for iOS 6 after announcing the launch of iPhone 5 in San Francisco. The new iTunes does not comes with any new feature but bugs fixes along with new enhancements.
What’s new on iTunes 10.6
iTunes 10.7 adds support for iOS 6 running on compatible iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models. This update also adds support for the latest iPod nano and iPod shuffle models.
Major update to iTunes, iTunes 11 will be released in October. iTunes 11 will experience major redsigned UI and will have edge-to-edge design which will enable users to see their favorite TV shows and music on idevice. New Mini Player with an integrated search function. One of the key feature will be iCloud syncing where you can watch a movie on your iPhone and finish watching on your PC or Mac. Will come with deep integration with Facebook where you will be able to “like” and “share” your favorite app. Users can preview a particular product before they opt to buy.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later, 32-bit editions of Windows Vista or Windows 7 64-bit editions of Windows Vista or Windows 7 require the iTunes 64-bit installer and 250MB of available disk space. Mac computer with an Intel Core processor and 512MB of RAM, OS X version 10.6.8 or later, Safari 4.0.3 or later and 400MB of available disk space.

Apple seeds iOS 6 GM to developers
Apple has also seeded iOS 6 GM (build 10A403) for iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, New iPad/iPad 3, iPad 2, iPod Touch and Apple TV to developers of iOS Developer Program.
iOS 6 was unveiled at WWDC 2012 in June and till now four beta versions of iOS 6 were released.
iOS 6 GM is only for registered developers only and cannot be installed as OTA.
Gold Master or GM versions are released before the public release of an iOS update. With the release of iOS 6 GM developers will be able to test apps and submit those apps which are compatible with iOS 6.
iOS Developers can download and install iOS 6 GM from iOS Dev Center .
Apple has officially announced that iOS 6 will be released to public on September 19. iPhone 5 announced in San Francisco has in-built iOS 6 and will be launched on September 21.
