iPhone Dev team have released an updated version of Redsn0w for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 4G running on iOS 6. iPhone 4S, iPad 2, New iPad/iPad 3 and iPhone 5 are still not supported.
Redsn0w 0.9.15b1 comes with new features and improvements, adds support for tethered jailbreak of iOS 6 on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 4 and also allows re-restoring and downgrading devices from iOS 6 to an older firmware, from iOS 5.x to iOS 5.x provided they have saved SHSH blobs.

Here we will go through how to jailbreak iPhone 4/ iPhone 3GS /iPod Touch 4G running on iOS 6 using Redsn0w. No need to install Cydia manually. You should remember that Redsn0w has support for only tethered jailbreak.
Jailbreak iOS 6 using Redsn0w
Download Redsn0w 0.9.15b1 for Windows and Mac -

Download iOS 6 for iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch.
Launch Redsn0w by double clicking on the icon. Windows users should run Redsn0w in Administrator mode.
After launching Redsn0w, click on Jailbreak, select Cydia and then enter into DFU mode. To enter into DFU Mode, hold Power button and Home button both simultaneously for few seconds and then release Power button while pressing on Home button for more few seconds.
Once in DFU Mode Redsn0w will start Jailbreak process. Select option “install Cydia” and click on the “Next button” to continue Jailbreak process.
Once Jailbreak process gets finished your device will reboot.
This is a tethered jalbreak which means that you have to connect your device to computer to reboot.
To boot tethered your device you will have to Launch Redsn0w and then click on the “Extras” and then click on “Just Boot” option. This will put your device into DFU Mode and then it will boot into Jailbroken state.
You have jailbroken iOS 6 with Cydia on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS using Redsn0w.
