LG has announced the launch of the world’s first all-in-one Chrome computer, the Chromebase, in January at CES 2014 Google is trying to push its Chrome OS to affordable laptops of HP, Dell Chromebook 11 and Samsung Chromebook.
LG has announced that it is going to introduce the Chromebase, a 21.5-inch full HD (1980 x 1080) all-in-one PC at the Consumer Electronics Show in January. The Chromebase will be powered by Intel Celeron CPU with 2GB RAM, 16GB solid-state storage, 3 USB 2.0 ports, 1 USB 3.0 port, 1080p IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 along with the feature of 178-degree viewing angle.
The all-in-one computer from LG will have built-in 5W speakers and HDMI-in port for attaching external media devices.
Hyoung-sei Park, head of the IT Business Division at LG Electronics, said on launch- “Simple to operate for all types of users, the award-winning LG Chromebase computer represents the successful combination of simplicity, power and greatdesign. LG Chromebase is the wave of the future for desktops, expected to be widely adopted not only at home, but especially in schools, hotels, call centers and other business settings.”

LG has not yet officially announced the pricing of the Chromebase, all-in-one computer.
