Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has launched its first “Made in India” smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime. The smartphone has been manufactured at Xiaomi supply partner Foxconn’s assembling plant in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The Redmi 2 Prime features a 4.7-inch IPS HD display, is powered by a Snapdragon 410 64-bit chipset, running on Android Kitkat.
The smartphone comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory, sports a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front camera.
