Make sure to install the latest version of Twitter on your iPhone, iPad.
Launch the Twitter app on your iPhone, iPad.
Tap your Profile icon on the top left corner.
Tap on Settings and privacy.
Now, tap on Data Usage under General.
In Storage, you have two options: Media Storage and Web Storage.
Media Storage contains photos, GIFs, and Vine data whereas the Web Storage contains cookies and logins.
If you want to clear photos, GIFs and Vine data tap on Media Storage.
Tap to Confirm Clear Media Storage.
To remove cookies and logins you will have to tap on Web Storage.
