If you have updated iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to iOS 7 and now want to downgraded back to iOS 6. Downgrade iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3 and below for iPhone is possible using iFaith. You can go through the steps to downgrade iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3/6.1.2 and below.
To downgrade iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3/6.1.2 and below you however require saved SHSH blobs of your iPhone.

Guide to downgrade iOS 7 To iOS 6:
Download iTunes 11.0.5 or below (if you have iTunes 11.1, uninstall and download iTunes 11.0.5 from here).
Download iFaith (ifaith-v1.5.9.zip).
Download iOS 6.1.3 or download iOS 6.1.2, to whichever version you prefer to downgrade.
Browse to find your saved SHSH blobs. If you have saved SHSH blobs on Cydia, click on “Show Available SHSH Caches on Server” in iFaith to download it to your computer.
Download and start iFaith from the above mentioned link.
Click on the option ”Build “*signed* IPSW w / Blobs”.
Enter your device into DFU mode.
* Hold down Power (corner) button for 5 seconds.
* Without releasing the Power button, also hold down the Home (bottom center) button along with the Power button for 10 seconds.
* Without releasing the home button, stop holding down the power button for up to 15 seconds.
Launch iTunes 11.0.5 or below which you have downloaded earlier, select your iPhone, hold down “Shift button” and click on the “Restore iPhone”. Select the custom firmware which iFaith has created.
iTunes will now restore to firmware which you wanted to downgrade from iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3/6.1.2.
