How To Download iOS 16 Beta
There are two iOS 16 beta versions: developer, and public. Apple releases the developer version of the beta for the registered iOS developers to try and tweak their apps before the release of the public beta. Unless you archive a backup of your iPhone you will not be able to go back to iOS 15. iPhone erases older backups with the newer ones, hence if you create a backup of iOS 16 beta you will not be able to revert back to iOS 15.

How To Archive A Backup
Connect your iPhone or iPad to the computer using a USB cable.
Launch iTunes or Finder on your computer.
Click on Preferences and select devices.
You will be able to see a list of backups and right-click the most recent backup and select Archive.
Download and Install the iOS 16 Public Beta
Sign in to the Apple beta software program on your iPhone, or iPad using your Apple ID.
Launch Safari on your iPhone, head over to beta.apple.com/profile, and tap Download Profile, Accept to download the profile on your iPhone.
Go to the Settings App on your iPhone and tap Profile Downloaded to Install the Profile.
Now, follow the on-screen instructions to finish installing the iOS 16 beta profile.
Restart iPhone. Launch the Settings App on your iPhone >> General >> Software Update.

Download the Beta Software Profile on your device.
To install the Beta Software Profile enter Passcode.

Tap on General >> Software Update.
Download and install Update and enter Passcode.
Agree to terms and conditions and tap on Confirm.
Restart device.
