Adobe Flash Player for Android users is available for download.

Few days back I posted about the download link for leaked Flash Player 10.2 For Android but now Adobe Flash 10.2 has been released officially and is available for a download.

Adobe Flash Player 10.2 is compatible
with Android 2.2 (Froyo), Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and Android 3.0 (Honeycomb).

This is good news for Motorola Zoom users as now they can watch their favorite flash videos.Motorola Zoom did not support Adobe Flash Player when it was launched.

With Adobe Flash Player now you can access rich web content from mobile the same way as from your PC.

UPDATE: Download Adobe Flash Player from Google Play Store is being removed, however you can install Adobe Flash Player manually on your Android. We will go through the guide to install Adobe Flash Player manually on Android.

Install Adobe Flash Player manually on Android

Before you go ahead to the guide, remember there might be security and stability issues as there is no official support for Flash on Android. Your Android device should allow the download third party software. Check “Unknown sources” – For Android 2.2, 2.3 or 3.x Go to Settings >> Applications while for Android 4.x Go to Settings >> Security.

To check if you are running Android 2.2 (Froyo), 2.3 or Android 4.1 Jelly Bean go to Settings >> About phone or Tablet.

Users who are running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, make sure that you have stock browser installed besides Google Chrome, Chrome for Android has no support for Flash. Check app drawer for “Browser” or “Internet.”

Go to to download Flash Player APK file and confirm to install on your device. Go to your stock browser of your device.

For users running Android 3.0 or above – Go to Menu >> Settings >> Advanced >> Enable plug-ins. To enable Flash content all the time, select “Always on,” to enable it selectively on each page, select “On demand.”

For Android 2.2 or 2.3- Go to Menu >> Settings (or Menu >> More >> Settings) find “Enable plug-ins” option.

Flash Player is installed on your Android, uncheck “Unknown Sources” box to keep your device secure.
