Calling Uber or sending Whatsapp message can be done without the need of launching the Uber or Whatsapp app. Just launch Siri and ask her to Call Uber or send a Whatsapp message. Enable/Disable Siri For Third-Party Apps Support For iPhone, iPad
Launch Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap on Siri.
Scroll down to App Support and tap on it.
You will find a list of thrid-party apps installed on your iPhone which will work with Siri.
Turn the slider to ON position to make Siri enabled for third-party apps.
Disable Siri For Third-Party Apps Support In iOS 10 For iPhone, iPad
If you want to disable Siri for third-party apps support-
Launch Settings app on iPhone.
Tap on Siri.
Scroll down and tap on App Support.
Turn slider to OFF position.
