Online privacy and security is of prime importance, hence many web service providers such as Twitter have implemented two step verification for users to log in to Account. After Twitter, LinkedIn has also now implemented the feature of two-step verification to log in to protect online privacy and security of its users.
Steps to implement LinkedIn two-step verification
In the first step you will have to log into LinkedIn and select Account & Settings from your profile picture in right-hand side.
Now, click on “Privacy & Settings” as shown in the image above.
Select the option “Account” from Account Tab and then click on “Manage Security Settings.”
You will now get the option to turn on your two-step verification for sign in. Click on the option of “Turn On”.
You will have to add your mobile number to receive SMS code every time when you log in.
You will receive verification code via SMS . Type the code and click on “Verify”.
Voila, you have enabled two step verification for your LinkedIn Account!
