iPhone 6/6 Plus Touch Screen Unresponsive Issue
1. Restart iPhone
Unresponsive touchscreen in iPhone 6/6 Plus could be due to some crashed apps, restart your device and see if it fixes your issue.
To restart iPhone 6/6 Plus:
Press and hold the sleep/wake button.
Slide the slider to turn off the iPhone while waiting for few seconds.
Press and hold the sleep/wake button again until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
2. Reset iPhone
If restarting iPhone 6/6 Plus can’t solve the problem, reset iPhone.
Launch “Settings” App on iPhone.
Tap on “General”.
Scroll down and tap on “Reset”.
Now, tap on “Reset All Settings”.
3. Update iOS

4. Restore iPhone
