Sometimes the sound issues on iPhone can be resolved by following a simple tip of turning off Bluetooth. To turn Bluetooth off, just tap on Settings >> General >> Bluetooth.
3. Turn the volume up
At times we turn down the volume while listening to a music. If you have turned volume down accidentally, turn up the volume and see if your issue is resolved.
4. Restart iPhone
To restart iPhone follow the following procedure:
Press and hold the sleep/wake button.
Slide the slider to turn off the iPhone while waiting for few seconds.
Press and hold the sleep/wake button again until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
5. Erase all Content and Settings

Tap on General
Tap on Reset
