Apple has released iOS 6.0.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch which has improvements and bugs fixes. iOS 6.0 was released to public in the month of September which comes with two hundred awesome features.
iOS 6.0.1 fixes bugs such as Wi-Fi connectivity issues, horizontal lines on keyboard, Microsoft Exchange and Passbook bugs, consolidated cellular data switch for iTunes Match and more.

iOS 6.0.1 supported devices are Phone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 4, iPad 3,iPad 2, iPad Mini and iPod Touch 5G and iPod Touch 4G.
You can can update to iOS 6.0.1 over-the-air by going to Software Update option found on the device or by installing the update through iTunes.

Jailbreaker should stay away from updating to iOS 6.0.1 as @Veeene has warned users to stay away from updating to iOS 6.0.1. Apple has fixed exploits in iOS 6.0.1 which developers could have used for untethered jailbreak.
