Apple has seeded iOS 6 beta 3 for iOS developers only and is available for a download via iOS Dev Center.The first beta of iOS 6 was released at WWDC 2012.
To update to the latest beta over-the-air, Go to Settings >> General >> Software Update.
The device supported are iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 3/New iPad , iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4G.
To download beta version you need to be a iOS developer and you can easily do that my signing up as a developer on iOS Dev Center which will cost you $99 yearly.
The latest version of iOS 6 contains as usual some bugs fixes and improvements and addition of some new features.
What is new in iOS 6 beta 3
As per 9to5Mac, in Maps Settings you can choose unit labels as miles or kilometers, label sizes, and also your desired label language which means that users can now opt for their local language. They will be now also able to control the volume of turn-by-turn navigation.
There is also change to the bookmarks bar in iPad. Safari has now icons for bookmarks, reading list and history instead of worded labels.
Maps are very detailed in the third beta of iOS 6 and Reading List now has a sync bar in Safari Menu bar in iPad.
All the beta versions of iOS updates have expiry dates which forces the users to either update to the new version or downgrade to the older iOS firmware.
iH8Sn0w has tweeted that iOS 6 beta 3 build 10A5355d will expire on on Sunday September 30th, 2012 at 8pm.If you running the third beta of iOS 6 in your device then you don’t have to worry much as most probably Apple will release a new beta version before that.

Apple has already said that iOS 6 will be released to public this fall though no specific date has been provided officially but it is very likely that iOS 6 will be released along with iPhone 5 in September or October.
