The beverage company Pepsi has launched its smartphone the Pepsi P1 in China which is being sold via a crowdfunding site. The Pepsi Phone P1 features a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and sport a 13 megapixel camera.
The Pepsi Phone P1 smartphone is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor, runs on dido OS 6.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop and is manufactured by Shenzhen Scooby Communication Equipment Company.
The Pepsi smartphone- P1 is dual SIM with LTE connectivity, has a aluminum unibody design and a finger print sensor on the back.
The smartphone is 7.7 thick, weighs 158 grams and includes a 3000 mAh battery. It also features 2GB of RAM and an internal memory of 16GB.

The Pepsi smartphone early bird pricing was $78 which was sold out. Two more tiers of $110 and $150 of 1,000 units is available after which it will be available for a price of $200 in China provided it reaches funding goal of $46,9950 by December 3. Pepsi is expected to launch a special FDD-LTE variant via China Unicom as the P1s.
The Pepsi Phone P1 smartphone comes in Blue, Gold and Silver colors.
