The Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has finally unveiled its latest flagship Xiaomi Mi5 after series of leaks in Beijing and the MWC 2016.
Xiaomi Mi 5 sports a 5.15-inch 1080p with curved 3D Ceramic glass, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, runs on Android MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 4GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt memory. It sports a 16-megapixel Sony IMX298 camera sensor with PDAF (phase detection autofocus), LED flash, 4-axis optical image stabilization (OIS) and 4K video recording. It also has a rear camera of 4-megapixels.
The other features of Mi5 includes fingerprint sensor, dual SIM and NFC for mobile payments. It is packed with a 3000mAh battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.
Connectivity options include VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/ac, 4G, Bluetooth 4.2, Glonass, and NFC

Xiaomi Mi5 Availability, Release And Pricing
Xiaomi Mi5 will be available in three variants. Standard version with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage will be priced at 2000 yuan , 3GB RAM and 64GB of storage at 2300 yuan whereas 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage will be priced at 2700 yuan.
Xiaomi Mi5 will be available in Black, White and Rose colors and will be released in China on March 1. The smartphone will be released in India soon.
