Required Files To Install
Android-x86 from Sourceforge : to install Android source code.
UNetbootin : to create and format a hard drive partition.
GParted : to manage partition.
Steps
Format your USB drive to FAT32.
In the Start menu of Windows, search partition and open “Create and format hard drive partitions.”
Right-click the drive where you want to install Marshmallow and select the Shrink volume.
Choose the size in MBs and then click on Shrink.
Once you have created the partition launch UNetbootin.
Select the ISO image from the GParted which you have downloaded earlier and select USB drive and click OK. Click Yes button when a pop-up appears.
Restart the computer and access the Boot Menu, press F12 continuously until a Menu appears. Select the device by using arrow keys which you want to boot into and then Click Enter.

Select your flash drive with the arrow keys and press enter to click it.
When you see a message with text, click enter when GParted Live is selected.
From GParted, run Unetbootin, select Disk Image and navigate to the ISO file with the Android x86 operating system, then select your USB drive and press OK.
Once again boot again from the USB drive and Android-x 86 will boot from the menu and choose the Installation Partition ext4 and select Do not format.
Restart and you can boot your PC.
Now, you can run Android 6.0 Marshmallow on your Windows PC.
