Enable iCloud Back-up on iPhone in iOS 8
Automatic Backup
Launch the Settings app from the Home screen.
Tap on iCloud.
Scroll down and tap on Backup.
Tap on the On/Off toggle to iCloud Backup to enable automatic backup.
Manual Backup
If you don’t want to automatically backup your iOS device, take a manual backup of your device.
Launch the Settings app from the Home screen.
Tap on iCloud.
Scroll down and navigate to “Backup now”.
Tap to create a backup.
Restore iPhone From iCloud Backup
Go to the Settings option in your Home screen.
Now, in the Settings option, tap on “General”.
Scroll down and tap on “Reset”.
Now, select “Erase All Content And Settings” option.
When your iPhone restarts you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password to restore your iPhone.
Tap on “Restore From iCloud Backup” option and select the backup which you want to use.
