Transfer Data Using iTunes From Old iPhone To iPhone 7/iPhone 7 Plus
Launch iTunes on your PC/Mac. Make sure that you are running the latest version of iTunes.
Connect your old iPhone to Mac/ PC via USB cable.
Click on the iPhone icon in the menu bar of iTunes.
In iTunes Summary Page click on Back Up Now.
Click on Encrypt Backup and add a password.
Wait till iTunes is creating a backup of data.

Connect new iPhone 7 to your Mac/PC via USB cable.
