LG latest smartphone LG G4 is amazing 5.5″ QHD display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor with X10 LTE processor and 8-megapixel front camera which lets you to take best selfie. However, the LG’s latest flagship is facing unresponsive touchscreen issues.
Senior XDA member liamR who is also facing LG G4 touchscreen issue has come up with steps to check if your smartphone is also facing the issue.

Many users are experiencing that their LG G4 is not responding to both taps or swipes.
Check LG G4 Unresponsive Touchscreen Issues
1. Open the Dialer on your Homescreen and enter 277634#*# and enter the Service Menu.
2. Go to Device Test -> Service Menu – Manual Test -> Touch Draw Test – Manual.
3. Now, on the display, touch, tap, knock and slide several times. If there are any red mark then your device is working fine, if no red marks means your LG G4 is facing unresponsive touchscreen issue.
Currently, there is no response from LG regarding the issue. If it is a software issue, a software update will be released by LG.
