The latest version of Unc0ver lets you jailbreak iOS 12- iOS 12.4, however, there is no full support for iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and iPad Pro of last year.

Pre-requisites
Take a backup of data using iTunes.
Download Cydia Impactor from here.
Download Unc0ver IPA file from here.
Make sure to deleted iOS 12 OTA file downloaded on your iPhone, iPad. Delete OTA file by going to Settings >> Storage and then reboot the iOS device.
Turn off Find My iPhone on your iPhone,iPad.
Connect your iPhone, iPad to your computer via USB cable and launch Cydia Impactor.
Make sure that Unc0ver app is trusted for the profile. Go to Settings >> General >> Profile. Tap the developer name and trust the profile.
Launch Unc0ver app on your iPhone, iPad, and tap on the jailbreak button to jailbreak your device.
Once the process is complete, you should see the Cydia icon on your iPhone, iPad Homescreen. If you are unable to see the Cydia icon, launch Unc0ver app again and repeat the jailbreak process until you see Cydia icon.
This is semi-untethered jailbreak which means you will have to jailbreak your device again if you reboot. The Apple ID which you used to sideload Cydia expires after every seven days, hence, you will have to sideload Unc0ver app again after every seven days.

Steps
Download Chimera Jailbreak IPA file from here.
Download Cydia Impactor from here.
Make sure to deleted iOS 12 OTA file downloaded on your iPhone, iPad. Delete OTA file by going to Settings >> Storage and then reboot the iOS device.
Turn off Find My iPhone on your iPhone,iPad.
Connect your iPhone, iPad running iOS 12- iOS 12.1.2 to your computer via USB cable and launch Cydia Impactor.
Make sure to deleted iOS 12 OTA file downloaded on your iPhone, iPad. Delete OTA file by going to Settings >> Storage and then reboot the iOS device.
Make sure that the app is trusted for the profile. Go to Settings >> General >> Profile. Tap the developer name and trust the profile.
Launch the Chimera app on your iPhone, iPad, and tap on the jailbreak button to jailbreak your device.
Once the process is complete, you should see the Sileo app on your iPhone, iPad Homescreen. If you are unable to see the Sileo app, launch Chimera app again and repeat the jailbreak process until you see Sileo app.
iOS 13 will be available for a public download soon on compatible devices. If you have jailbroken iPhone, iPad running iOS 12 using Unc0ver or Chimera jailbreak you can remove the jailbreak and install iOS 13.
