1. Turn off Always-On Display

Samsung Galaxy S7 comes with “Always-On Display”, the feature does not consumes much of battery life but it is better to it off when not in use.

Go to “Settings”

Tap “Display”

Tap “Always On Display”

Toggle to turn OFF “Always On Display”.

 

2. Reboot or Restart Galaxy S7

Sometimes a simple reboot or restart can resolve battery drain issue on the Galaxy S7. To restart Galaxy S7 press and hold down the power key and volume key at the same time then wait for few seconds before restarting the Galaxy S7.

 

3.  Close Apps Which Are Eating Your Galaxy S7 Battery

There may be many apps running in the background of your device which you may not be using, find the apps and close them to prevent battery drain. Third-party apps which you have installed may also be responsible for poor battery performance.
