1. Check Carrier Settings

2. Restart iPhone

3. Reinsert SIM Card

Open the SIM Card tray using a paper clip or a SIM eject tool.
Take out the SIM Card and insert it again into the SIM tray.

4. Update iOS
Make sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS.
To update your iPhone to the latest operating system:
Launch Settings app from your Home screen.

5. Reset Network Settings
Try to do Reset Network Settings.
Launch Settings.

6. Contact Wireless Network Provider
“Your SIM Sent A Text Message” issue may be solved by calling your wireless network provider. If it is a technical issue your Network provider will be able to solve it from their end.
